1. What is your service?

We provide custom-designed clothing tailored specifically for sports teams. Whether you're looking for unique t-shirts, hoodies, jackets, or more, we create the perfect outfit for you and deliver it directly to your club.

2. How do I place an order?

Placing an order is easy! Simply:

  1. Browse our website for custom products that have been designed with your club team. 

  2. Add items to your cart and proceed to checkout.

  3. Orders will then be produced and sent to clubs.

  4. Sit back and relax as we process and deliver your custom clothing!

3. Can I upload my own design?

No. We work with club teams to design custom products, logos etc. The products that are on the website have been approved by the club and are what is being sold. Reach out to our customer service team to create custom products for your clubs.

4. How long does delivery take?

Typically, delivery takes 30+ days after the order window has closed. Items are then produced based on the orders and then delivered. During peak seasons or special promotions, it may take a little longer, but we always do our best to get your items to you as quickly as possible.

5. Do you offer returns or exchanges?

Unfortunately as all items are custom ordered and bespoke we are unable to offer returns or exchanges. 

6. Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?

Once the order window has closed for your collection we cannot cancel or modify your order. 

7. Can I track my order?

Orders are sent in bulk to your club team so unfortunately you cannot track your individual order.

8. What if I don't know my size?

Not sure about sizing? No worries, we work with global brands and use their products, they have size guides available that will help you determine your size.

9. Do you offer gift cards?

No, currently we do not offer gift cards.
